Technical Framework welcomes two new members

We’re pleased to announce two new additions to our team.

Shane James (System Administrator)

Shane has joined our team to serve client needs revolving around Microsoft Windows workstation and server administration. His recent IT experience includes a system administrator role at Front Range Internet in Fort Collins, CO, and a Technical Analyst position with an Ohio-based healthcare provider. Shane is a personally relatable consultant who understands the needs of end-users.

Tim Wilson (Sales Engineer)

Tim will be coming on board by mid-March to serve as an expert in bridging the gap between the increasingly complex world of information technology and the needs of people, a link that’s all too often forgotten and one which we do not take for granted. Tim holds a BA in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona, is ITIL-certified, and most recently served as an enterprise-level system administrator for a local school.
