Technical Framework, LLC Separates into Two Independent Companies

Web design and digital marketing division becomes its own entity

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (Jan. 14, 2019) – Technical Framework, LLC today announced that it has completed the separation of its web design and digital marketing division. For nearly 10 years, Technical Framework has provided computer and networking services as well as web design and digital marketing to a variety of organizations ranging in size from solopreneurs to some of northern Colorado’s largest primary employers.

Through a strategic review, the company determined that keeping these two services together beyond 2018 was less advantageous strategically and competitively. As of January 2019, Technical Framework will separate into two independent companies:

• A leading IT consulting firm that will continue to render information technology consulting services to small- and medium-sized businesses in northern Colorado. The company will retain the Technical Framework, LLC name; all eight employees; both northern Colorado locations (Fort Collins and Greeley); and its current owner, Ali Harris.
• A high-performance web design and Internet marketing company focused on helping local organizations grow through digital media campaigns backed by solid analytical data and strong security measures. This company is called Tactical Web Media and is located at 724 Whalers Way, H110, Fort Collins, Colorado 80525. The company will be led by Ali Harris and Allison Robin.
