Microsoft 365 AI Readiness & Quick-Start
Know whether your Microsoft 365 environment is ready for Copilot
A Copilot license does not make an organization ready. The information people can access, the way files are shared and the workflow being improved all affect whether the deployment will be useful and appropriately controlled.
The Microsoft 365 AI Readiness & Quick-Start gives leadership a practical basis for deciding what to do next.
What we review
- Microsoft 365 tenant and administrative readiness
- Current licensing and feature eligibility
- Identity, multifactor authentication and access policies
- Guest access, external sharing and application consent
- SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive permissions relevant to the proposed pilot
- Sensitive-information, audit, retention and endpoint considerations
- Business workflows that may benefit from Copilot
- Ownership, review and support requirements
What you receive
- A concise readiness scorecard
- A prioritized risk and remediation list
- A shortlist of practical role-based use cases
- Current licensing and pilot assumptions for the live tenant
- A 30-, 60- and 90-day roadmap
- A recommendation to proceed, remediate, narrow the scope or hold
What readiness does not mean
Readiness is not a promise that every Copilot answer will be correct or that every user will save the same amount of time. It means the proposed use is understood well enough to test under defined technical and human controls.
The next step is usually a small pilot
If the environment and use case are ready, the next step is a controlled pilot with a small licensed group and two or three measurable outcomes. If important gaps remain, Technical Framework will identify the corrective work needed before client information is used.
Talk with Technical Framework about your Microsoft 365 environment and the business process you want Copilot to improve.
