We’d like to take this opportunity to thank our staff for a third consecutive year of growth in 2012. All too often, corporations reward upper management for positive results, undermining workers at the staff level who are directly in charge of quality. This antiquated mentality alienates workers incurring turnover and other losses to the organization.
