The Real Hackers

As IT consultants and developers, we are often asked after a malware attack, “just who is evil enough to create  this sort of thing?”. That’s always a difficult question to answer, but we can shed some light on the matter through a recent account of “authorized” hacking.

In 2012, French security firm Vupen dismantled Google Chrome’s security – yes, Google – to win an HP- sponsored hackathon. What’s more interesting is that Vupen will not share with Google how they did it.
